OrgaNice can easily be used for more complex approval flows. A requestor might specify their direct manager and extra approvers during a request creation.
OrgaNice will create a temporary Slack channel for every request and invite all approvers.
Even if a requestor hasn't specified all the needed people other approvers can easily add more people to a temporary Slack channel using the default invite to a channel functionality.
OrgaNice will memorize this set of people and the next time a requestor creates a request they will see all approvals preselected.
Once approvers discuss a request in a channel, they can click the "Approve" button that marks a request as approved or the "Reject" button
NOTE: buttons should be clicked only once after all approvers confirm their decisions in a temporary channel
OrgaNice ensures all requests are processed and will send reminders to temporary channels where neither the "Approve" nor "Reject" buttons were clicked.
Once a request is processed OrgaNice will archive a temporary channel.
