Kudos points are a weekly quota set by your admin, resetting every week. Organizations may have 5, 10, or 15 Kudos per week.

Users can either give 1 point in 1 Kudos message or allocate multiple points in 1 Kudos message, resembling a score. Each company decides how to use these points based on its preferences.

Users may also select multiple Kudos recipients in 1 message. In such cases, a specified number of Kudos will be given to each recipient. For example, if you have 5 Kudos and want to praise 2 teammates in the same message, you can give a maximum of 2 Kudos: 2 for teammate #1 and 2 for teammate #2. In total, 4 points will be used, leaving 1 point until the weekly quota resets
