Once open position(s) is posted to a public channel, everyone can submit their referral by clicking 'Submit' button in the digest.

The referral modal will appear.

After an employee submits their referral, the designated hiring manager or OrgaNice admins (if a hiring manager is not specified in the referrals sidebar) will receive a direct message from OrgaNice with the submitted referral.

The hiring manager can then approve or reject the referral. The referrer will also be notified by the bot about the hiring manager's decision.
