How to Sync OrgaNice Calendar with External Calendars

Syncing your OrgaNice schedule and team events with external calendars.

You can create calendar feeds and add them to your external calendars, such as Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook Calendar, or Apple Calendar.

What Are Calendar Feeds and Why Use Them?

A Calendar Feed is a unique, personal URL that allows you to automatically export your schedule, team events, and leaves from OrgaNice directly into your preferred daily calendar (such as Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook Calendar, or Apple Calendar). You’ll be able to view your or your colleagues' leaves and public holidays alongside your personal and business meetings on your desktop or mobile device.

How to Get your Calendar Feed Link in OrgaNice

Go to Slack -> Apps -> OrgaNice -> Home tab -> Dashboard. Click the Open in App button on the right.

The page will open in your browser. Select the Calendar option located at the left. Create a calendar feed by clicking the Calendar Feed button at the top, and then clicking the Create Calendar Feed button.

In the pop-up window, enter a feed title. Check the box if it is a personal feed. Keep in mind that personal feeds are only visible to you and are not shared with others. Click the Submit button.

You will be redirected to the page with the newly created feed.

Click the Copy Link button at the top right to add it to your calendar application. You can edit or delete the feed by selecting the corresponding options that appear when you click the three dots at the end of the row.
