After enabling the required features and making the necessary settings, you'll see the following widgets on your Home page. It's the central command center of the OrgaNice dashboard. It provides a real-time snapshot of your company’s culture, employee engagement, and upcoming milestones.
1. User & Organizational Statistics
This section allows you to toggle between Users, Teams, Departments, and Countries to see a high-level breakdown of your workforce.
You can create various teams. To do this, go to the Teams tab and click Create. In the pop-up window, enter the team name, select a color, and specify the Team Manager. Then, click the Create button.
Total number of employees: Displays the total count of staff currently in the system.
Employees not on the chart: Shows how many users have not yet been assigned a place in the organizational hierarchy.
2. Hiring & Open Positions
A visual snapshot of your current recruitment needs.
Open positions: Displays active vacancies (e.g., Sales Manager) and shows where they sit within the reporting structure.
3. Data Completion Progress
This widget tracks how much information the OrgaNice bot has collected from your team.
It shows the number of employees who have fully completed their profiles and provides a quick link to View all employees.
4. Kudos Tracker
A dedicated area for peer-to-peer recognition.
Kudos given: Tracks how many kudos you gave to your colleagues.
Kudos received: Displays the total number of times you have been praised by your colleagues.
5. Survey Management
A summary of all feedback initiatives currently running in your workspace.
Survey Status: Provides a quick count of surveys that are In progress, Not Published, or Completed.
List of surveys: Shows specific active surveys (e.g., Engagement, Mental Health), indicating which Slack channel they are targeting and their current Completion Rate.
6. Rewards
This section outlines how employees can earn сoins for participating in company culture.
Earn coins: Lists rewards for specific actions, such as receiving kudos, completing a profile, or finishing a survey.
Top earner: Shows an employee who earned the most coins.
7. All Upcoming Events
A comprehensive calendar feed of what is happening in the company. You can filter this list by All events, Time Offs, Holidays, or Celebrations.
Event Feed: Displays a chronological timeline of employee birthdays, work anniversaries, and national holidays.
Time Offs: Tracks employee absences. Filters allow you to view specific types of leave: Vacation, Sick Days, Unpaid Leave, Business Trip, and Work from Home.
Holidays: Lists upcoming public or company holidays. Filters allow you to view all or specific holidays.
Celebrations: Focuses on personal milestones for team members. Filters allow you to view all celebrations, birthdays, or anniversaries.
