In this section, you can configure how team members are rewarded for their contributions and milestones. Set how many coins your employees will receive when they:
Receive 1 kudos
Complete their profile
Complete a survey
Enter the numbers in the corresponding fields. You can:
Change the number manually
Use the up and down arrows that appear when you hover your cursor over the coin field.
Enable or disable the sending of notifications that are sent automatically when users receive coins.
You can manage the rewards that your team can redeem with coins. There are two tabs: Rewards and Templates.
To add a reward, choose one of the following methods:
Click the Add Reward button located on the right side of the screen.
Click the Add Reward button at the bottom after switching to the Rewards tab.
Select the Create a personalized reward for your team option on the Templates tab.
In the pop-up window, fill in the following fields:
Enter reward name: Give your reward a clear, catchy title.
Enter reward description (optional): Add details about what the reward entails or how to redeem it.
Upload 1 image: Provide a visual representation (icon or photo) of the reward.
Set the price in coins: Specify the cost required for an employee to claim this item.
Click the Add Reward button, and it will appear in the list under the Rewards tab.
The Templates tab features default rewards. To activate one, simply click the Use button.
The following window will appear. If required, edit the following fields:
Enter reward name: Give your reward a clear, catchy title.
Enter reward description (optional): Add details about what the reward entails or how to redeem it.
Upload 1 image: Provide a visual representation (icon or photo) of the reward.
Set the price in coins: Specify the cost required for an employee to claim this item.
Click the Add Reward button, and it will appear in the list under the Rewards tab.
You can edit, deactivate, or delete these rewards by selecting the corresponding options that appear when you click the three dots on the left.
