When you first install OrgaNice, the system offers an intelligent Quick Start feature that leverages AI to build your organizational structure automatically. Instead of manual data entry, the AI analyzes the existing data it can access, such as your Slack workspace directory, reporting lines, and department tags.
Open the Settings menu and activate this feature by toggling the Guides switch to the right.
A menu with helpful tips will appear. As you build your Org Chart, the checkboxes will turn green, indicating that you have successfully completed each section.
After you click the Create org chart automatically in one click with AI button, you will be redirected to the org chart page where you will be able to make the required changes.
